Our client, a respected national law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for an accomplished attorney with a strong academic background and a passion for complex business litigation.
Candidate Profile:
Education: JD from a top-tier law school with academic achievement in the top third of their graduating class.
Licensure: Active Bar Admission in Texas.
Experience:
4-6 years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation.
Proficiency in deposition preparation, e-discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
At least 2 years handling sophisticated litigation matters and a total of 3 years of litigation experience.
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to represent clients in a range of business, healthcare, and real estate litigation matters.
Commitment to Location: A strong interest in building a legal practice in Fort Worth and engaging in the local legal community.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in high-stakes business disputes, including partnership conflicts, shareholder disagreements, and non-compete violations.
Handle real estate litigation cases such as property development conflicts, lender disputes, and partnership disagreements.
Collaborate within a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal representation in a dynamic, challenging environment.
