Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and file legal documents such as briefs and motions.
- Represent clients in court appearances and legal proceedings.
- Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal processes.
- Advise clients on business law transactions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in legal research and analysis.
- Strong negotiation experience.
- Familiarity with case settlement processes.
- Proficient in legal technology and software tools.
- Knowledge of business law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
