What You’ll Be Doing...
Data Science:
Having advanced knowledge of experimental design and testing frameworks like A/B testing, Multi-armed Bandit testing etc. to guide optimal decisions across various key pricing initiatives related to acquisition volume, quality, revenue growth and pricing elasticity.
Researching and building proof-of-concept models utilizing various machine learning techniques & traditional statistical techniques to drive optimal business decisions for device roadmap assortment, arbitrage analysis, and pricing elasticity.
Building Financial models leveraging acquisition modeling and other machine learning techniques while partnering with base management on optimal assortment and leveraging their acquisition quality index for predictive modeling.
Creating various device assortment forecasting models while partnering with brand and FP&A during OEM negotiations to assist with scenario planning during the modular roadmap process.
Researching and evaluating price moves to competition and gray market pricing to determine arbitrage impact and provide analytics on optimal thresholds of arbitrage potential to mitigate subsidy loss.
Partnering with Reporting & Analytics on one data initiatives to bring in retailer POS data to aid in analytics across retailers and channels.
Providing guidance to Pricing and Insights team on various business case assumptions during the commercial process.
Providing optimal device pricing recommendations to the organization.
Generating business insights by using various predictive modeling techniques.
Leadership:
Developing strong relationships with business partners across the value organization to drive transformational change.
Partnering with functional groups (Finance, Base Management, Marketing, GTS, AI&D and others) to drive effective business decisions.
Being recognized as a subject matter expert and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
Continually broadening and strengthening knowledge of analytical methods, vendors and tools.
Managing/Coaching other Data Analytics Professionals.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll Need to Have:
Eight or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (/R) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik or native Python or other libraries like Plotly/Streamlit etc).
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience leading a team.
Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
Even Better If You Have One or More of the Following:
MBA highly preferred.
Strong Predictive / Prescriptive modeling experience.
Strong storytelling to drive recommendations based on the data analysis and articulate trade offs and communication plan to senior executives.
Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways.
Proven ability to take initiative, influence others and achieve results.
Experience gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of information.
Experience presenting ideas and content to a variety of stakeholders at various levels.
Experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
Advanced research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges.
Experience managing and influencing relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
Excels at working under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities.
Skilled and comfortable at working within the marketing matrix.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly).
