Business Intelligence Architect - MathCo

We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges and support their analytics transformation journey. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading Power BI initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, and providing strategic guidance, ensuring alignment across global teams. This role suits candidates skilled in the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboard creation and optimization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Power BI projects with an initial focus on dashboard development.
• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to meet business needs.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify dashboard goals and functionality.
• Managing a global delivery model, with focus on technical development and business strategy.
• Supporting the India-based team, coordinating across time zones and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Driving project success using Agile and Scrum methodologies and adapting to deliverable timelines.
• Transitioning into a consulting-focused role to support broader business strategy.

Skills Required

• 6+ years of experience with at least 3-4 years in Power BI development.
• Expertise in Power BI dashboard creation, data optimization, and visualization techniques.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum processes; familiarity with the pharma domain is a plus.
• Consulting experience with a proven understanding of the global delivery model.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to transition from technical tasks to client-facing consulting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and business teams.
• Proven capability to manage and support offshore teams and deliver optimized solutions.
