Business Intelligence Analyst - Full Time - Holyoke Medical Center

We are seeking an individual with healthcare experience to provide accurate data and to assist with identifying and implementing workflow and process improvements based on that data. Other responsibilities include collecting data to report on key performance indicators, regulatory requirements, and quality metrics. Also assists in developing policies and procedures for the collection, analysis and reporting of data, data integrity tasks included. Requires participation in the Information Systems On Call rotation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Healthcare experience
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects
• Detail- and process-oriented individual with excellent organizational analytical and collaboration skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience
• Knowledge and/or experience programming in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is a plus
• Experience with Meditech Expanse and a hospital environment is desired.
