Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging course content in business subjects

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

Foster a positive learning environment

Collaborate with faculty and staff on curriculum development

Participate in departmental meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business or related field preferred

Teaching experience at the college level is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
