Our Tampa office has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal or highly motivated graduate without experience to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of visa petitions with USCIS. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
- Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process is preferred.
- Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently toward team goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills are required.
- Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
