Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to work with our Raleigh, NC based team! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of petitions and visa applications. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

This is a fully remote opportunity for US-based candidates.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 5+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
- Strong, end-to-end working knowledge of the PERM visa process.
- Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently toward team goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills are required.
- Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $91,500 and $102,900.
