Job Title: Business Analyst II
Overview:
As a Business Analyst II, you'll play a vital role in our team by developing, interpreting, and implementing financial and accounting concepts to drive financial planning and control. You'll conduct economic research and analysis within your assigned function(s), contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to assess the financial viability of potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and startup ventures by conducting thorough analyses and creating financial models based on diverse financial data.
- Gather, analyze, and present recommendations on data of moderate scope to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Utilize technical analysis to evaluate current and projected financial performance, providing valuable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Review submitted data for accuracy and integrity, proactively addressing discrepancies and adverse trends as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations by compiling and presenting diverse financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Support and monitor the budget process for monthly financial close processes within your assigned function(s).
- Contribute to various projects as assigned by your direct supervisor, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
- Skills:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with all levels of management.
