Role Title: Business Execution Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (HYBRID 3 DAYS IN/ 2 DAYS REMOTE)
Duration: 6+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
PROJECT SUMMARY
• Will be supporting a remediation project within the "Client account maintenance team" within corporate investment banking operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with client reference data by approving the build of new client accounts and updating existing accounts
• Closing out accounts when relationships end
• Maintain and update client reference data systems or downstream systems of record (I.E. Names, addresses, payment instructions, etc.)
PROJECT- (Data remediation project)
• The team has Identified sets of illogical data, will need contractors to analyze and incorporate SME knowledge to fix data sets
TOP SKILLS
• Data remediation/ analysis – (understanding of SQL and pulling data is helpful but not required)
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills – (Pivot tables & VLOOKUP's)
• Microsoft Applications – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Finance/ banking experience working with remediations (operations experience is nice to have)
• Communication skills – ability to investigate data, write up results to explain and go through issues.
