Job Description:
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives for the business management team within Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Support/lead a variety of initiatives across SCM to drive efficiency, compliance or enhanced employee experience
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Management team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience working across multiple functions and teams to accomplish common goals
• Experience building materials in support of training communications, and user readiness
• Experience with system testing and troubleshooting
• Change Management
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced MS PowerPoint / design skills; be able to visually tell compelling story
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Leadership/ Project Management experience
