Role Overview: The company is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record in legal business development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, unwavering integrity, a keen willingness to learn, and a drive for both professional and personal growth. With prior experience in selling legal services to attorneys and law firms, the candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's clientele nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Industry Relationships: The candidate will cultivate and nurture relationships within the legal industry to expand the company's network and client base.
- Prospecting and Sales: They will identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive outreach via phone and in-person interactions.
- Market Positioning: The candidate will strategically position the company through research, coordination, and planning of events aimed at enhancing its profile within the legal community.
- Collaboration: They will work closely with team members to identify and close business opportunities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: The candidate will analyze available data and customer feedback to continually refine the company's services and strengthen client relationships.
- Business Development: They will identify and explore new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
- Marketing Strategy: The candidate will collaborate with the Managing Partner to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Process Optimization: They will establish efficient systems and processes for event execution, business development activities, and relationship management.
- Communication: The candidate will maintain clear and effective communication with clients, legal professionals, community leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: They will develop and maintain an extensive understanding of the company's services and the legal industry landscape.
