Senior business Development Representative

Our well-established client in the Latham area is currently seeking a Senior business Development Representative to join their team. This is a full time position in the Latham area. Responsibilities of the Senior business Development Representative will include:*Craft and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve immediate and long-range goals consistently.
*Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and become a trusted advisor within the financial software domain.
*Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, taking full ownership from lead generation to successful deal closure.
*Communicate the business impact of our software solutions effectively to key decision makers.
*Drive revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting and lead nurturing.
*Facilitate discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and align solutions with their challenges.
*Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape and position our solutions advantageously.
*Actively engage with prospects through inbound and outbound communications to identify new opportunities.
*Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to inform product enhancements.
Qualifications of the Senior business Development Representative:*Minimum 5 years of sales experience in financial services or software industry
*Bachelor's degree in related field
*Proficiency in various sales trainings and methodologies are a plus
*Ability to influence C-level executives and manage complex sales cycles.
*Proficiency in Hubspot software and MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
*Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market trends.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Strategic thinking with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
