We are looking for an organized, focused, and dedicated individual to help launch our new software and service platform - trnkey. Leveraging the power of AI, video marketing, CRM solutions, and comprehensive home service management, we aim to streamline processes, enhance communication, and deliver exceptional value.
With a network of over 40,000 real estate professionals, this is not a "new" company. We have a reputation in being a creator in a previously uncharted space and creating new technology that focuses on what our partners and their clients need.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Acts as an account manager with each office, team, TC, or individual
- Sorts existing network list by:
- High revenue producing regions
- Top-producing office, team, TC, or individual
- Reengages existing network:
- Call, Email, Text
- Sends existing office, team, or individual:
- New marketing materials
- New partner page links
- Helps set and track business development goals:
- Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Daily
- Monitors all leads coming in:
- What leads are new offices
- What leads are new real estate professionals
- What are leads are new transaction coordinators
- What REP has not submitted to us in awhile
- Managing the drip campaigns and engagement for all leads coming in:
- Reaching out to all top producers who have dropped below their monthly average
- Manages all marketing material requests
- Helping to make sure that all new marketing material requests are being responded to in a timely manner
- Creates new presentations before sales meetings
- Updates partner pages
- Updates partner pages links
- Updates offices specific testimonials
- Updates company specific marketing materials
- Making sure we are prepared for any sponsorship requests before meeting
- Food/drinks, Tableware, Marketing Materials, Etc.
- Manages the follow-up tasks after all meetings
- Requests updated office roster
- Designation for top producers in the office
- If not provided by office, cross-reference with real trends
- Creates new constant contact
- Branded content
- Brand specific colors
- Company logos
- Live dedicated partner page links
- Marketing material examples
- Office specific testimonial examples
- Manages the business development calendar:
- What meeting can they take, what meetings does Justin need to join?
- Checks to ensure that the right person has availability for all meetings requests
- Manages all sponsorship requests:
- Manages monthly/quarterly budget
- Manages ROI return on requests, including travel
- Uses all sponsorship requests to reengage low performing offices/teams
- Manages all in-bound:
- Phone calls for business development
- Emails for business development
- Social media request for business development
- Working with marketing to update content on social media pages
- Tags all realtors and responds to all client post on social media
- Works with the sales manager to onboard all Realtors on the other side of the transaction where we are managing a working service conflict
- Helps formulate new BD scripts
- Call, Email, Text
- Helps setup meeting and manage calendar for ancillary partnership requests for Justin
- Prospects new services providers we are interested in speaking to
- Performs market research to for compensation conversations and availability
- Manages notifying all Realtors who are submitting clients within 7 and 3 days of the closing date to help ensure that we get the client sooner in the future
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Business Degree in related field, preferred
3-5 years of experience in field or related area below, preferred:

OFFICE ENVIRONMENT:
- Remote Schedule, Monday-Friday regular business hours.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard
- Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally bending at the waist, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for installation of hardware and more
- Hearing and speaking to communicate and provide information to others.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
