PURPOSE
Videray Technologies exists to create a safer society across the globe. We have created some of the world’s most powerful, user-friendly, and ultra-portable handheld x-ray inspection devices to help our clients see through surfaces to detect illicit drugs, contraband, and potential threats.

POSITION
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in our Boston, MA office. In this role you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Directors to support various activities related to business development, direct sales, and partner management. Some key responsibilities will be the following:
- Lead online and in-person product demonstrations
- Lead order fulfillment process and customer onboarding
- Assist with customer and partner communications as needed
- Assist with partner onboarding and renewal as needed
- Assist with business development, lead nurturing, and quoting
- Assist with tender and proposal documentation
- Domestic and potentially international travel is required (up to 25% travel)
As a member of a rapidly growing team, you will have many opportunities for growth and role expansion. This role will report to our Director of Sales Operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in our Boston office
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Language requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, or any other language a plus
- Excels at stakeholder communication, rapport building, and a demonstrated ability to interface with diverse individuals
- Goal orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs
- Experience in customer-facing or outreach roles is preferred
- Tech-savvy and have a desire to learn in-depth product knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
