Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Producer to generate new business opportunities and maximize sales revenue for a client in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires a high level of energy, creativity, and strategic thinking to identify and pursue opportunities that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
