About the Job
Position Overview:
Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expand our client base. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and representing Attain Behavioral Health at industry events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Networking: Identify potential partners and referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and maintain relationships.
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and referral sources. Act as the main point of contact for all business development activities and communications.
Sales & Outreach: Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners. Negotiate agreements and contracts to secure new business.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, clinical, and operations, to ensure alignment and support business objectives. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the behavioral health, healthcare, or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
