Compensation: $100,000-$120,000

Inceed has partnered with a fantastic company to help find a skilled Sales Representative to join their team! This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise while working with innovative products that make a difference. The position offers a collaborative environment, a high-impact role, and the ability to help drive the organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-cycle sales strategies, from prospecting to closing, focusing on government clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling both new business development and account management.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to engage with clients, attend meetings, and secure contracts.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of proven success in sales, with a focus on large-scale organizations.
• Extensive experience in internal and external sales, managing accounts while driving new business.
• Strong understanding of government bid processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Sales experience in the criminal justice sector.
• Experience selling wearable technology or similar products.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
