Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to Internet Leads via email and phone.
Schedule appointments for our Sales Department.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Enter customer data into our CRM system.
Who We Seek
Energetic and customer-focused individuals.
Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills (English and Spanish skills a bonus).
Excellent computer skills; familiarity with eleads is a plus.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Persuasive communication skills to set appointments.
Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Driver's License.
