POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Development Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your main tasks will involve making high-volume follow-up calls to existing customers, scheduling appointments for our Sales and Service teams, and promoting free estimates for new products and services. You are expected to make 100-140 calls daily and set 12-20 appointments, ensuring excellence through attention to detail. Comfort with outbound calls is crucial for success in this role.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Contact previous and existing customers to schedule maintenance and add-on appointments.
- Encourage customers to book free estimates for new offerings.
- Meet performance metrics for interactions and appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide administrative support to other departments.
- Create exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrate reliable on-site attendance.
- Exceed goals to drive success.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
- Strong customer service knowledge.
- Proficient in PC and relevant software.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Accurate data entry skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- 1+ years in sales or related experience.
