What You'll Do:

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with TPC's HR and payroll solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Educate prospects on the value of TPC's services, focusing on our ability to streamline HR processes and enhance workforce management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and opportunities.
• Partner with HCM Advisors to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role in the HR Tech industry.
• isolved experience strongly preferred, with the ability to articulate the platform's features and benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on achieving measurable goals.
