About the Job
Titan is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding Partner Program Sales team. As a BDR, your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline for partnership development. The Partnership BDR will work hand in hand with the Partner team to build new partnerships and create new pipeline of opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research into target industries, accounts, and roles that may or may not have been prospected in the past.
- Navigate Salesforce to pull account lists to re-engage stale leads, bringing them back into a sales cycle.
- Work a dedicated account list through an outbound sequence that includes calls, emails, videos, and social media outreach.
- Become an expert in an ideal Partner Profile and source companies to convert to prospects.
- Use traditional methods of communication, prospecting tools, and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects.
- Schedule introductory calls with the Partner leads you to generate. You will work alongside the Partner Director to identify Partner needs and business problems using proven sales methodologies.
- Ensure qualified leads transition from your pipeline to the Partner Director’s pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process.

Requirements:
- Salesforce Admin certification / equivalent experience – a huge advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a SaaS company – mandatory.
- Positive attitude, beyond excellent people skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, talking with all levels and connecting with key decision-makers.
- Good sense of technology, quick learner, and tech enthusiast. Familiar with Microsoft and Google Suite a plus
- Show initiative, be a quick learner, and possess self-management.
- Flexibility to work remotely in different time zones.
- English primary language, and advantageous if multilingual.
- Ability to make proactive approaches to potential clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience – an advantage
- Understanding channel programs, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem - A Must
