Business Development Manager for Security Guard Company
Onguard Inc., a security guard company specializing in Armed/Unarmed Security and Courtesy Patrol services across Southern California. Onguard Inc is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager/Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, serving as the face of the company, and driving sustainable growth through innovative sales strategies. Must have clean driving record and Valid Drivers License to operate Onguard Company Vehicles to Attend Appointments and meetings.
Your primary goal will be to foster strong relationships with clients while boosting financial growth. If you are passionate about driving sales and developing a high-performance sales team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Research and identify new markets and customer needs.
• Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
• Effectively promote our security services, addressing client needs and objectives.
• Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and more.
• Provide reliable feedback and strong after-sales support to clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Mentor entry-level staff to develop them into valuable members of the sales team.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
• Market knowledge and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent time management and planning capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
