Requirements:
As a Business Development Representative at our agency, you'll be pivotal in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing qualified leads. Your role will involve outbound prospecting, understanding client needs, offering strategic solutions, and collaborating with our client services team to ensure success.
You are:
Proactive in enhancing sales strategies and processes for optimal results.
Keen on staying updated with industry trends and embracing innovative sales techniques.
Open-minded, seeking input to drive innovation and ethical decision-making.
Flexible and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting: Quickly respond to inbound leads and secure meetings with sales stakeholders.
Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads through the sales funnel via proactive outreach.
Creative Outbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the client services team to tailor solutions to prospect needs.
Sales Briefs: Document prospect information and requirements for proposal development.
Pipeline Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales pipeline health and lead conversion rates.
Prior Experience:
3+ years of digital marketing or sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development or sales.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and CRM software is advantageous.
