Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll spearhead strategic outbound sales initiatives. Your toolkit will include crafting compelling cold emails, engaging video presentations, strategic cold calling, and leveraging social selling techniques to secure meetings with potential clients. Once initial contact is established, you'll collaborate with our seasoned sales closers to guide prospects through our sales process.
Your Growth Journey:
We envision you joining us as a full-time Business Development Manager or advancing to a sales closer role. Throughout your journey, you'll shadow our experienced sales professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience. Within 12 months, you'll be equipped to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with quality prospects through various outreach methods.
Drive sales growth by scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
Conduct daily outreach activities including cold calls, emails, and discovery calls.
Maintain accurate records of business data in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Develop innovative strategies to connect with decision-makers and secure sales appointments.
Utilize HubSpot CRM to monitor key success metrics and optimize outreach efforts.
Coordinate digital sales campaigns, emphasizing outbound lead generation and email marketing.
Provide ongoing support for HubSpot CRM, including daily tasks and end-user assistance.
Requirements:
Passion for launching a career in sales.
Willingness to embrace challenges, learn, and grow from feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
Role Details:
Contractor position.
Up to 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $50-$75 (based on experience).
Additional bonuses based on closed deal size.
