We are looking for someone to help drive our business development by creating win-win relationships with new clients. As a second generation contractor, Albert Abad founded Affinity Painting. Now working with the third generation of painter’s, Affinity Painting continues to create an unequaled experience of meeting our client’s vision of their property through color.
Duties include
- Building relationships with direct to owner clients like property managers, facility managers, general contractors and other decision makers for painting services.
- Attending networking events which include trade shows, golf tournaments, luncheons, happy hours, etc.
- Entertaining clients (lunches, social activities, coffee meetings, etc)
- Generating RFP's (request for proposal)
- Oversee all marketing efforts commercial related including annual budgeting
- Managing our online marketing campaigns and online presence

Requirements -
- 2-5 years of outside B2B sales
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Relationships with property managers, facilities managers or other key decision makers for painting services
- Desire to meet new people and build relationships
- Ability to estimate or budget cost for clients.
