General: The Business Development Representative must have effective social interaction skills to promote positive relationships within the community. He/she must have effective organizational skills and be able to perform a variety tasks efficiently.

Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing tasks frequently. Visual and auditory acuity required. Light to moderate degrees of stress is incurred in daily employment. Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, maintain valid auto liability insurance, and be able to drive throughout service area under a variety of weather conditions. Contact with a variety of environmental conditions required. Must be able to maintain concentration during frequent interruptions.

Education: Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prefer references from previous employers reporting successful employment of at least one (1) year in a similar position.
