About the Job
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of success to join their team. This role involves engaging in prospecting, data enrichment, and lead development activities for specific products and programs. The goal is to further qualify and educate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with the aim of scheduling discovery calls or transferring sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to the field sales team to generate business opportunities.
We are looking for energetic and driven individuals with strong administrative and clinical skills who thrive in a team environment. The ability to receive coaching and direction is crucial for success in this role. A key responsibility is building strong relationships with external prospects, customers, the client’s commercial team, and leadership across the Endoscopy and Urology divisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update profiles of current and prospective target customers.
- Engage in 'cold' and 'warm' outreach and follow-ups with MQLs to advance the sales process.
- Identify and classify the clinical needs, goals, and constraints of prospects/customers related to patient care.
- Determine how our therapies can offer a comprehensive healthcare solution.
- Schedule virtual meetings with physicians and coordinate discovery calls and in-person meetings with field sales as necessary.
- Provide timely updates to the Change Manager regarding ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends.
- Complete all assigned training for the role and commit the necessary time to retain and build foundational product and clinical knowledge.
- Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, advanced policies, and Integrity Policies.
- Ensure compliance with promotional programs and organize educational sessions such as lunch and learns for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to business demands while making a significant impact.
- Experience in building relationships with key customers.
Preferred Experience
- Two years of related internships, clinical, and/or B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience in medical device sales or other healthcare or B2B sales environments.
