We are a privately-held, 40-provider urology practice in the metro Atlanta suburbs. Founded, owned, and led by urologists, we are proud to offer a unique integrated care model with a network of 12 clinic locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with referring providers, hospitals, and other healthcare partners resulting in new business opportunities to expand referral networks.
- Foster trust and build long-term partnerships to support sustained growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new partnerships and enhancing existing ones.
- Educate and conduct presentations and informational meetings with C-suite executives, healthcare administrators, key stakeholders, and other decision-makers on the practice’s services, specialties, and provider expertise.
- Stay informed about trends, advancements, and competitive dynamics in the healthcare and urology sectors.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to your leader on emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, progress, and outcomes
Required Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field OR Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or healthcare relationship management | Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Proficiency with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant healthcare sales (Pharmaceutical, Physician Liaison, or Medical Sales.) | Urology Specific Experience
