Duties of a Business Development Representative:
- Problem solve with good judgment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Communicate with the sales team to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
- Grasp company goals and daily process of operations by working in different departments in order to gain perspective in all entry-level customer service, sales, and marketing divisions
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions in order to drive revenue
- Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-taking
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
Requirements of a Business Development Representative:
- Experience in Leadership roles, sales, customer service, or marketing
