We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our ERP Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a key member of our ERP Sales team, you will:
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out through cold calls, emails, and social selling to identify and engage potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualify them, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and track progress in CRM.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and target accounts to inform outreach strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for proper lead handoff and feedback.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach activities, lead qualifications, and discovery meetings.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
Professional / Technical Knowledge:
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify key decision-makers and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and articulate value propositions of business software (e.g., Sage Intacct, Business Central, Acumatica).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong time and project management skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
