The chargers are equipped with built in cables making them universally compatible with anything from smartphones, to tablets, to e-cigs, to laptops. AMPTRA CHARGING is aiming to build a network of charger stations so the users can return the chargers to any of our nation wide locations or simply by keeping the chargers and reuse them as needed.
About this role
As the Business Development Representative Inside & Outside Sales (Hospitality Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Directly report to the CEO.
- Be a local representative for AMPTRA CHARGING in your community by offering advanced technology to local business owners that will help run and grow their businesses
- Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants.
- Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients
- Exceed sales targets, with a particular focus on offering AMPTRA CHARGING product and service for free.
- Manage and update lead and client interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot).
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in B2B Sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, restaurants and bars, and decision makers in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need to win attitude.
- Excellent cold selling, cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience.
- Proficient in Hubspot as a CRM is a plus.
- Maintain and manage the client relationship to ensure success and satisfaction of your customer portfolio.
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Est.
$100,000+
first year earning. - Base Salary of $40,000 for this role.
- Commissions (Est. 100$ - 200$) per new account, uncapped.
- Uncapped 10% Revenue Share (Est. 50$ - 150$ per account per year) from your customer portfolio.
- Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
- 14 PTOs Annually.
