This position will consist of both growing our customer base and helping our customers succeed via training and coaching. Experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
- Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close
- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- 50% of the time spent on business development outreach phone calls
- Assist in the agent onboarding process, including training on the fundamentals of using our systems
- On-going training and coaching sessions with customers to help them succeed
- Assist with events, classes, and workshops in coaching and business development arenas
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred
- Successful experience providing customer service preferred
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
