Pay: $60k to $90k/year (depending on experience)

HH Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! This role will be instrumental in accelerating our company's growth by uncovering new opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients and generating leads.

Job Description:

• Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking events and social media
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents and other industry professionals
• Educate potential clients on the value of our restoration services and how we can meet their specific needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their restoration needs and present customized solutions
• Track and manage all sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and follow-ups
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project execution
• Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including key players, trends and challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Comfortable with setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes and community events in a group setting
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
