About the Job
Hey, we're Elevar (recently acquired by Buxton). We help direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands like Vuori, SKIMS, Glossier, and thousands of others on Shopify supercharge their conversion tracking and analytics. Our server-side conversion tracking technology transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy. This unique approach helps our customers generate more revenue from their site and existing marketing campaigns, without changing anything (Product Value ROI for the win!).But -- we aren't helping as many D2C brands as we could and should be. And that's where you come in.
We're on the hunt for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales Team. You’ll be instrumental in helping generate pipeline from a variety of channels – outbound, events, referrals and more. Many of these channels are new for us, so you’ll also have a hand in improving the strategy for them and helping to write the playbook for future BDRs to follow. High performance in this role opens doors for advancement to an Account Executive position, making this a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Requirements
· 1+ years of relevant work experience as either an outbound SaaS BDR, in door-to-door sales, or as a former recruiter, with a proven track record of success
· A self-motivated individual who is driven to achieve targets and who can demonstrate persistence
· A creative thinker capable of developing and implementing outreach strategies for new lead channels
· Comfortable engaging with potential clients across various mediums – phone, email, social media, etc., but with a call – first mentality
· You have strong business acumen and can speak to the value of our platform and the problems that Elevar solves for our customers
· Data-driven by nature; leverage data to make decisions every day
Bonus Points
· Understand the e-commerce landscape and are on top of industry trends
· Experience selling to e-commerce merchants on Shopify
· Experience with the sales tech stack: CRM (Hubspot), sales engagement (Salesloft), lead enrichment (Apollo)
· Proficiency with site tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and paid advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads)
What you'll do
· Generate pipeline from a variety of channels – outbound, events, and more.
· Achieve outreach meeting scheduled and qualified opportunity targets
· Attend industry events and tradeshows + follow up on the leads from them
· Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Partnerships teams
· Provide regular reports on the performance and progress of your initiatives, including lead generation and conversion rates
· Partner with BDR leadership to launch new strategies from scratch, proving that you are a self-starter capable of bringing an idea to fruition quickly and efficiently
· Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency
