Caring Transitions of Smyrna is looking for a Caring Ambassador (Business Development Representative) with a passion for the senior community and a talent for sales. This role is not just about numbers; it's about building meaningful relationships and supporting our mission to ease the challenges faced by seniors as they transition in this next phase of their lives.

• At least 6 months of proven sales experience (including cold calls), preferably in the senior space.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills. Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A drive to connect, build, and nurture relationships.
• A compassionate approach and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and the community.
• Must be able to provide own transportation to sales calls.

• Cold calling Referral partners and setting up Consultations.
• Working with the owner on creating a strategy for tracking and closing opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Willingness to attend networking events confidently promote our services.
