We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for driving growth and generating new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, prospecting, and networking efforts.
2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification to contract negotiation and closure.
4. Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFQs, creating compelling proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of the legal industry, including trends, technologies, and competitors.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
7. Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management.
8. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to nurture relationships and stay abreast of the industry developments.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the legal industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Experience in responding to RFPs/RFQs and crafting compelling proposals.
5. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
6. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
10. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
