Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking to identify and engage decision-makers at prospective companies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline by adding 5–10 new high-quality leads each week.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, securing meetings and learning about their commercial space requirements.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive spaces, and industry opportunities.
- Work closely with experienced team members in our Bethesda office to refine your skills and strategies.
Qualifications of the Sales Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A strong work ethic and ability to commit to consistent daily outreach (50+ calls per day).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A disciplined, self-starter mentality with a knack for strategic problem-solving.
- Experience in sales or business development, ideally in a different industry (preferred but not required).
