Business Development Representative - Leading Reach, Inc.

Who We're Looking For: 

LeadingReach is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and tech savvy representative with previous experience in a clinical healthcare setting and/or strong business acumen to join our growing Business Development team. This is a highly strategic role that requires creativity, resilience and an ability to partner effectively with teammates to identify new business opportunities and close them. Joining the Business Development team is an opportunity to fast track your career in sales. You should have an ability to consistently learn and apply coaching related to complex subjects such as mapping the value of our product to customer pain points and outbound selling best practices. Contributing at a high level in the Business Development role will open opportunities to move through our growing organization.

LeadingReach is a health-tech SaaS provider on a mission to change the way healthcare manages patient care. 

Based in Austin, Texas, LeadingReach is a HIPAA-secure, web-based platform that connects healthcare providers together on the LeadingReach Network enabling them to refer patients, share clinical documentation, and communicate digitally, reducing the need for faxes and phone calls between providers. 

About The Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels to generate qualified meetings. This will include qualification of all inbound and outbound leads and new business opportunities via phone, email and through the LeadingReach platform.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads into promising sales opportunities while consistently achieving sales goals. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. 

What You Will Do:

• Generate warm leads by proactively calling and/or emailing medical practices of all types
• Perform expert product demonstrations for prospects, clearly articulating the value of LeadingReach
• Identify sales opportunities by uncovering prospect needs and pain points and determining the how well our product(s) fit 
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and source potential enterprise level prospects
• Maintain up-to-date extensive knowledge of all LeadingReach product offerings
• Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Zoho CRM
• Expect anywhere from 20-50 calls a day
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What You Need:

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent experience required
• Minimum 1 + years in a business development and/or sales role
• SaaS experience, a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who can work independently, think creatively, solve problems, and takes initiative
• Ability to access and accurately input sensitive information with confidentiality required
• Knowledge of Mac operating systems, a plus
• Proficient in Google & CRM applications
• Reliable internet with a strong connection required
