About the Job
Responsibilities
· Prospect target accounts with a focus upon plaintiff and defense counsel and claims professionals at insurance companies and TPAs throughout the United States.
· Pursue Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
· Provide demos to prospects and training to clients, as required.
· Become fully versed and understand the system and how it works in order to assist clients with the process and answer questions
· Engage prospective clients and build relationships.
· Identify prospective client pain points and business objectives while gaining an understanding of culture and methodologies.
· Communicate and follow-up with precision and timeliness.
· Network, attend conferences and business social events to deepen and widen relationship base.
· Log all activity in the CRM system, prepare weekly reports and attend sales meetings.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws and ethical principles.
Requirements
· Experience selling technology products within the legal/litigation ecosystem; 2 plus years' experience preferred
· Impeccable communication skills—both written and verbal
· Bright and energetic; a go-getter
· Team player
· Strong work ethic and passion for serving demanding clients
· Curiosity that drives knowledge and meaningful engagement of client and their organization
· Current driver's license and insured automobile
Education
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience in the Insurance industry a plus but not required
· Law degree and/or paralegal experience a plus but not required
Location
This position will be based out of our Garden City office.
