We are an executive search firm that has been retained by a real estate-focused law firm based in Stuart, FL, to assist in finding a qualified Business Development Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong experience in real estate business development who is ready to contribute to a growing firm.
Real Estate Business Development Coordinator
Overview: The Real Estate Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in driving the firms growth, enhancing client relationships, and expanding market presence. This position supports the legal team by developing relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, mortgage brokers, and clients. Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, but not required.
Reporting Relationship: This role reports directly to the firms leadership and works closely with attorneys and relevant personnel to implement effective business development strategies.
Authority: The Real Estate Business Development Coordinator cannot practice law and must perform all tasks under the supervision of an attorney. Compliance with state bar rules and marketing regulations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
-Collaborate with attorneys to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
-Cultivate relationships with referral sources and maintain strong connections with clients.
-Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth areas.
-Assist clients with real estate closing inquiries and ensure successful transactions.
General Responsibilities:
-Manage relationships with referral sources and clients.
-Coordinate with lenders, builders, and real estate agents as needed.
-Attend networking events and represent the firm professionally.
-Prepare and submit business development reports and updates on market insights.
-Organize events, webinars, and networking activities to enhance firm visibility.
Daily Tasks:
-Review reminders, prioritize tasks, and manage emails.
-Organize closing transactions, draft letters, reports, and presentations.
-Schedule meetings, prepare for networking events, and track business development activities.
Education & Experience:
-High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development preferred, real estate experience a bonus
-10-year background check required (credit and criminal)
-Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of real estate documents and procedures.

Compensation:
Offering an annual salary of 60,000-$80,000 based on experience
Benefits:
Include 3 weeks of vacation PTO and 1 week of sick PTO as needed, 12 Paid Holidays, Health plan including medical, vision, and dental care with 75% of premium for employee paid by the employer.
