Partnership Coordinator, Partnership Management (Contractor)
The Commercial Partnerships team is responsible for finding, building, and executing world-class partnerships with major brands all over the world. We are focused on driving revenue through strategic, commercial partnerships that bring value and validation to fans from Games and Entertainment to Esports and Social Impact. For every Global & Americas product and event produced there are premiere partners that help us bring amazing experiences to our fans and live audience. These invaluable partners allow us to level-up activations for millions of fans across the world, and the Partnership Management team serve as their primary point of contact for service and execution.
As a Partnership Coordinator (Contractor), you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks that ensure our partnerships are successfully executed globally. Your work will be detail oriented and highly collaborative with the Partner Managers that you support. You will be focused on tracking and maintaining multiple deliverables across all of our global partnerships, assisting with the administrative needs of the team, and working live events to support experiential activations. This position will report to a Senior Partnership Manager in Partnership Management.
Responsibilities
- Support Partnerships Managers across multiple partnerships and products at once
- Own, track, and deliver specific assets in collaboration with Partnerships Managers
- Manage fulfillment and gather metrics utilizing data insights related to partner performance and asset value
- Design templates and build partner recaps for proof of performance
- Consistently collaborate and communicate with internal departments cross functionally
- Collate necessary information and contractual partner obligations including, but not limited to, ticket requests and hospitality, onsite activations, and event logistics
- Work at live events as support staff for partners
- Assist in departmental operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 2+ years prior experience in partnership management, account management, sponsorships, marketing, project management or equivalent
- Incredible attention to detail and meticulous planning and organization skills
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Customer/Client management experience
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays across multiple time zones if necessary
- Must be open to domestic and international travel if necessary
