My client is an international manufacturer that develops innovative skincare technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology, medical spas and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager responsible for promoting products / solutions growth within an assigned territory. In this role, you will build client relationships through lead generation and develop / implement sales strategies in support of achieving sales goals.
Product: Korean based Skincare
Role: Role starts out months 1-3 as a 1099 position and will covert to W2 after 3 months of selling success.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
- Keep well-informed of available products, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Aesthetic Sales
- Skincare Sales experience
- Ability to develop new accounts and develop client relationships
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
- 15% – 30% Commissions for months 1-3
- Option for W2 Conversion with a Base of $100,000 – $120,000 + Commissions
