As the Business Development Manager at our client, you’ll spearhead sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive top-tier staffing services.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Business Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the company’s staffing services.
You’ll identify target markets, develop sales plans, and engage with key decision-makers to build new client relationships and expand existing accounts.Client Prospecting and Lead Generation:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
