Business Development Manager - Ethos Risk Services

Job Summary:

Our dynamic Ethos team is seeking a full-timeBusiness Development Manager (REMOTE) to join our team, focusing on driving new business opportunities and leading a team of BDRs. As the manager, you will support the business development team in their efforts to create strong relationships between potential opportunities and our account management team. You'll play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and assisting BDRs to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the business development team with weekly call reviews.
• Help recruit, hire, train, and coach BDRs.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to assigned states to generate leads.
• Act as a key player in coordinating introductions between potential clients and the account management team.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Experience: Previous BDR experience (required). Additional experience in a leadership/managerial role leading and training others (strongly preferred). Investigation background (preferred).
• Skills: Strong understanding of CRM software, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products & Salesforce (preferred).

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time remote position.
• Office-like environment with constant temperatures.
• Frequent periods of stationary work.
• Work outside normal business hours, including occasional weekends, when necessary.
• Constant operation of office machinery, such as computers and printers.
• Frequent communication with clients, customers, and co-workers via telephone and in person.
