TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
PrideStaff is a national staffing company with locations all over the country. Our PrideStaff Detroit West location is seeking a Staffing Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented individual with demonstrated success or propensity for selling, negotiating, influencing and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5-pm.
FUNCTION: Generate sales to contribute to the branch’s overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
REPORTS TO: Owner/Strategic-Partner and/or Branch Manager

• Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships.
• Meet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.
• Foster relationships with new clients.
• Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities

Develop new client sales. | 4 net new employees per month. |
Develop leads for temporary usage. | Funnel of 200 users |
Qualify leads, identify potential targets. | 65-100 outside sales calls per week. |
Develop Sales Plans for each marketing opportunity. | Standard plans set up and customized for each visit. |

Visit to include lead to a next step in the marketing process. | 10 appointment visits per week. |
Visits conducted to include: client profile, action plan development, coach development, quality assessment, continuous improvement, assignment development, project management, service team intro, tour of our facilities, performance review and planning. | Critical Targets to experience all. Expectation is a variety and mix of visit types being implemented. |
As a part of the temp team, assist in filling jobs and interviewing when needed | Assist when staff on vacation, etc. |
Develop business contacts through active participation in business oriented or community program. | Serve on a committee, direct participation. 5- 10 hours per month. |
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
• H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees
• One plus year experience in outside sales.
• Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $25.00
