Background Requirements

• College degree: business administration and marketing courses preferred.
• 2-years industry experience preferred in packaging.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and basic computer programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities for business development and market expansion within a defined area or sector, focusing on driving peak performance and sales success.
• Serve as the main link of communication between key prospects/customers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products/services and resolving any issues to maintain trust.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations and off-site training facilities, ensuring active engagement with clients and industry developments.
