Seeking a Business Development Manager - Solution Sales for a permanent onsite role with a leading Professional Services company in San Jose, CA.
They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Solutions Sales professional to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for their comprehensive suite of IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., solution architects, delivery teams) to ensure successful project implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT solutions sales, with 6+ years of experience.
- Stability in previous roles, with a minimum of 4 years spent at the same organization.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
