Position Overview: Join iKrusher, a leading brand in the vape technology hardware industry, as a Business Development Manager. We are seeking a results-driven professional with a "hunter mentality" to join our Inside Sales team at our Washington branch. This is an onsite, full-time position in a call center environment with no remote work allowed.

Job Type:
- Full-time, Onsite (Non-Exempt)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 ($28.85/hr - $31.25/hr)
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (inclusive of salary, commission, and bonuses).
- Uncapped commission earned on every invoice.
- Weekly sales incentives.
- Existing house accounts provided after one month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers using strong sales techniques.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, social media engagement, and direct outreach to cannabis manufacturers.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze territory/market potential and prepare regular sales and status reports.
- Report on customer needs, competitive activities, and market opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
- Strategically develop and execute business development plans.
- Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or inside sales.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, social media prospecting, and lead generation.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative (preferred).
- Strong background in account management and relationship building.
- Punctual with reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BRM/CRM practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Work Environment: iKrusher adheres to CDC guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This position is based at our Washington branch and requires full-time onsite presence.
