Business Development Manager - Safe Site Utility Services, LLC

Safe Site Utility Services is a full-service subsurface utility locating firm with over 35 years of experience. We specialize in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE/SUI) services and use advanced geophysical equipment to identify potential utility conflicts before construction. Our team is licensed, bonded, and insured, serving Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, and surrounding states.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Safe Site Utility Services. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

• Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Experience in the utility locating industry or related field
• Knowledge of utility locating equipment and techniques
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
